West Main Self Storage has acquired 16,069,962 satoshis for approximately $10,000 at an acquisition price of approximately $61,863 per bitcoin. This marks the company’s fiftieth consecutive weekly purchase since launching the DCA program in July 2025.
Since the program launched in July 2025, not a single week has been skipped. The allocation doesn’t change based on price, headlines, or sentiment — $10,000 goes in, satoshis come out. That mechanical repetition, week after week, is what the treasury strategy is built on.
As of July 6, 2026, West Main holds 1,556,589,517 satoshis (~15.57 BTC) acquired across 50 weekly DCA purchases, one $800,000 lump-sum acquisition, and one tax-loss harvest recapture, for an aggregate capital deployment of approximately $1,300,000. Post-TLH adjusted cost basis stands at approximately $66,715 per bitcoin.
At a sats-per-square-foot ratio of 22,422, every square foot of the West Main facility is now backed by more than 22,000 satoshis — continuing to climb as the program compounds.
On June 30, 2026, West Main received a distribution of $9,596.76 on its 10,014-share STRC position. This is the second distribution received at the full 10,014-share position following the May 13 capital raise; the company’s prior payment at full position (June 1) totaled $9,596.97, with three earlier payments on the original 2,014-share position totaling $5,752.74 combined.
Cumulative STRC distributions received to date now stand at $24,946.47 across five payments, all classified as return of capital (ROC). At the current declared annual distribution rate of 12%, the position generates approximately $9,600 per semi-monthly payment in digital rent — cash flow that continues to service the interest expense on the company’s unsecured loan obligations while surplus operating income funds the weekly Bitcoin DCA program.
Chess is a game of patience and positioning. The best players don’t react to every move on the board — they execute a plan, accumulate small advantages, and let compounding do the work. Bitcoin accumulation works the same way.
West Main’s treasury strategy doesn’t try to outsmart the market. It makes the same move every week: convert $10,000 of operating cash flow into satoshis. Sometimes the price is $120,069. Sometimes it’s $58,461. This week it’s $61,863. The move doesn’t change.
Fifty weeks in, the results speak for themselves: 15.57 bitcoin held across a facility that generates income from self-storage, solar, and digital credit. A post-TLH cost basis that continues to compress with every below-average fill. $24,946.47 in cumulative STRC distributions received as return of capital. And a sats-per-square-foot ratio that turns every inch of real estate into a bitcoin-backed asset.
The clock is running. Your move.
